A tiny babygro, a knitted hat, socks and a soft toy laid out together on a blanket over a woven rug

Fjaltring, West Jutland · children’s clothes since 2009

Wornout,notgrownout.

Twelve pieces, knitted and woven here, 160–890 kr. Everything is cut to be handed down twice.

Five of the twelve,
photographed on the blanket.

Every garment is laid out flat with something ordinary beside it, so you can see how small it really is before you read a single measurement.

The seven pieces not shown here are in the shop, with the same prices and the same stock lines. Nothing is ever listed that we cannot post on the next Thursday.

Clothes that go outside

A jumper that cannot be thrown in a wet field is not a children’s jumper. Ours are knitted at a tight gauge, washed once before they are sent, and cut with a 4 cm hem and 3 cm cuffs so they can be let down twice. Elbows and knees are doubled.

Washed before it is sent

The first wash is ours, not yours. Nothing shrinks in your machine that has not already shrunk in ours.

Wool programme, 30 °C, no softener. If a piece felts in its first year we re-knit it and pay the postage both ways.

The other seven

Six of them are here; the Dagny Pinafore is in the shop. Prices run 160–580 kr.

“The cardigan went to my sister in Lemvig with both her boys, and it came back to me last winter still the right shape. I have never had that from anything bought in a shopping centre.”

One letter, four times a year

We write when the new cut is on the needles and when a sold-out size comes back. No discount codes — we do not run them.

Four letters a year. One click to stop.

Back-in-stock notes go out the morning the box is unpacked, before the shop page changes.

Every letter says what the new piece costs and what it is made of, in the first two lines.
